Upon completion of Construction Documents, obtain plan check approvals and subsequent wiring permits. Appear before various Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ); City or County Building & Safety Department, Office of the Statewide Health Planning & Development (OHSPD), Division of State Architect (DSA); City or County Fire Departments.

Construction Administration Services

  • As owner’s rep, prepare Construction Change Requests (CCR’s) or review, evaluate, propose recommendations for CCR’s submitted by contractor.
  • Evaluation of cost estimates for proposed change orders and make recommendations to clients
  • Respond to contractors Request for Information (RFI’s), CCR’s, Request for Clarifications (RFC’s), Inspectors Non-Compliance Reports and attend field meetings as required.
  • Site visit at each of the following phases of construction:
    • Underground work, with trenches still open before slabs have concrete poured
    • Rough-in of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical before walls and ceilings are covered.
    • After construction, prepare and provide a “Punch List” of items not in compliance with construction documents. Recommend corrective action, when required
    • Review of Maintenance and Operating Manuals
    • Review and Preparation of “As-Built” Drawings
    • Assistance in start-up
